Our mission started with cooking in our former family restaurant. We knew how good it felt to sous vide and not sacrifice quality, especially to those who cook on a daily basis.

Eventually we expanded our range to include useful products that not only help people in several ways, such as food preservation, but also make people feel just as good.

As avid cooks working in our commercial kitchen, we wanted to share our methods that we knew would feel good to everyday home cooking.
