Delicious coffee and milk recipes
The milk is always foamed to perfection to make the most indulgent Cappuccino or Latte Macchiato. Adjust the milk froth texture regulator knob according to your taste. Simply rotate the milk regulator knob in the Clean position to automatically rinse the milk system.
High Pressure Pump
The 19 bar high-pressure pump allows for a barista-style result, perfectly extracting the delicate flavor and premium aromas of each coffee capsule and creating an incomparably dense and unctuous crema. The fast heat-up system reaches the ideal temperature in just 40 seconds.
Intuitive descaling and energy saving program
The Lattissima Pro coffee machine is equipped with an intuitive descaling function that alerts you according to the programmed water hardness setting (5 levels), and the pluggable descaling pipe makes the process even easier. The energy saving function automatically turns off the machine after 9 minutes of inactivity (this period may be extended up to 8 hours).
