None of the lid or the stainless steel rack or the neoprene sleeve is NSF approved. The stainless steel rack and the plastic lid are both food safe.
Collapsible Hinged Lid – Patented plastic lid features a hinge so you could collapse it to remove or refill water or ingredients while long time cooking. The hinge is tested to perfectly perform 100,000 uses.
Wobble-Free Sous Vide Rack – The sous vide rack’s dividers are mounted to the base with a special firm clamp to stop dividers from wobbling so as to keep food heated evenly. Includes 7 dividers – 5 are removable and 2 are built-in as holder.
