It boasts 50mm flat steel burrs, features a stepless grind adjustment conveniently located on the front of the grinder, and it’s high-sensitivity burr adjustments give the Mignon Notte excellent control for espresso grinds. The Mignon Notte features 50mm flat hardened steel burrs, which turn at 1350 rpm to grind beans to an excellent consistency while preserving their flavor. Unique to Eureka grinders, lower burr grind adjustments let you disassemble the burrs without losing your grind setting.
Manual Mastery
