Learning to safely handle your knife increases precision & efficiency in the kitchen. A hammer grip is the simplest & most natural way to hold a knife. Wrap all 5 fingers around the handle, making no contact with the blade. For more dexterity & control, consider the “pinch grip”. Wrap your middle, pinky & index finger around the handle. Put your bent index finger on one side of the blade, just ahead of the bolster, with your thumb on the other side “pinching” the blade between your two fingers.

An Ultra Dependable Culinary Tool
We created this legendary series of knives to bring glory to your kitchen. Built TOUGH with 5-layer 9CR18MOV steel, these knives are ultra sharp, durable and comfortable to hold. Inspired by viking warriors, the line features a celestial resin and wood handle reminiscent of the longships used for raiding and the northern-lights they sailed under. A viking shield mosaic adorns the handle while norse inspired details are etched into the spine. A leather sheath is included for storage.
