The Control °Freak induction cooking system accurately measures, sets and holds 397 cooking temperatures from 86°-482°F. The unique real-time sensing system uses a through-glass sensor to directly measure surface temperature. The Probe Control thermometer precisely controls the temperature of any liquid. The Intensity function gives incredible control over the heating speed to the set temperature. A Create function stores frequently used temperature profiles for simple one-touch recall.

Probe Control for wet cooking
Directly sensing the temperature of the ingredients, Probe Control can set and hold the temperature stability of ingredients to within +-1.8ºF. Ideal for ‘wet’ cooking and remains accurate in liquids as shallow as 5mm deep. In delicate applications such as making curds, cremes, emulsified sauces or even tempering chocolate – Probe Control ensures success through precise temperature control.
Probe Control Oil for frying
Directly sensing the temperature of frying oil, Probe Control Oil can set and hold the temperature stability of the frying oil to within +-1.8ºF. Ideal for deep frying. Because the probe is monitoring the temperature of the oil directly, any change like adding cold or frozen food is detected almost immediately. Power is applied and regulated to return back to set temperature as quickly as possible.
Pan Control for all cooking
Only constant monitoring and the finest adjustments to power can ensure stable temperature. The Control ºFreak checks temperature 20 times per second to make virtually instantaneous adjustments to power to keep temperature variation to a minimum. Whether you are toasting spices & nuts or searing steaks, Pan Control ensures the perfect doneness every time.
Engineered for reliability
Any commercial cooker needs to perform hour after hour at very high temperatures, but if a regular induction cooker gets too hot it cuts out. The Control Freak’s twin fan cooling system keeps you cooking all night even at searing / frying temperatures in the hottest kitchen.
