What should I do if the light does not work after connecting it?
Please check and adjust the connection to ensure that the lights are properly connected: Adjust the connection between the two lights to the correct position, and then press down to complete the connection.
How do I adjust the brightness of the light?
The light can be controlled by a 0-10V dimmer for brightness adjustment. Please note that our package does NOT come with a dimmer.
How can I change the color temperature of the light?
The light can be controlled by a wall switch for color switching. To change the color (2700K-4000K-5000K), Please turn the switch off/on WITHIN 7 seconds.
What should I do if the color or brightness of the lights are inconsistent?
1. Switch on the lights.
2. Adjust the dimmer up to the maximum. (If the 0-10V dimmer is not installed, the light will default to max brightness.)
3. Switch on/off rapidly more than THREE times until the color temperature/brightness is consistent.
How do I use the memory function to maintain the color of the light?
1. The light can be controlled by wall switch for memory function.
2. For Memory Function, Please turn the switch off, and then turn it on AFTER 7 seconds, the light will keep the same color as the last time. (Wall switch can memorize the color ONLY）
How many lights can be connected in a series at most?
When connecting these lights in a series, please do not connect more than 10 4ft lights.
When connecting multiple lights in series, how should I handle the power cable and signal cable?
Only ONE power cable needs to be connected to the AC power, and only ONE signal cable needs to be connected to the dimming controller.
