Made of cast iron (enamel) with high heat conductivity, it can be cooked after the heat is turned and turned off.
It has excellent heat retention and cold retention, so you can eat it as it is on a dining table and keep cold items hot or cold.

Black Matte Emaille Cocotte interior is all textured and has a unique Staub’s textured finish. The fine texture increases the surface area for better oil texture and less food contact and less burning.
Durable enamel finish. Glass emailles are also resistant to food acids and will not absorb odors even after prolonged use. Staub’s Evaille treatment is highly durable.
