I have a question about the portafilter holding water after espresso has brewed, what’s wrong?
1. The coffee powder is too fine
2. The coffee powder is pressed too tightly
3. Too little coffee powder
4. The small holes of the filter are blocked, and need to be cleaned.
It’s only comes out a little bit of coffee, what’s the reason?
1. Please add an appropriate amount of water and descaler follow the product guidelines of descaler.
2. Without adding coffee powder, start the machine, use the coffee brewing function repeatedly until finishing brewing all the water in the tank.
Why is the crema of espresso brewed by my machine so weak?
1- Variety of coffee: The darker the roast, the better.
2- Thickness of coffee powder: If the powder is too coarse, the extraction will be too fast, and there will be no crema.
3- Is the ground coffee wet: Please use dry ground coffee.
Today, the espresso machine didn’t come out the coffee suddenly. How to fix it?
1 – The water tank is filled with watermatter in the water tank.
2-Place the water tank;
3 – Press the switch to operate the machine;
4 – Put the cup at the steam outlet and turn the knob to the maximum steam;
5 – Press the coffee button;
The milk frother has randomly stopped working , is there anyone can help me to solve it?
1- Ensure the Steam Control knob is in START/STOP position.
2- Reset the MILK FROTHING Button to READY state
3-The temperature of the steam wand is very high during use.
4- Run Steam through the Steam wand for around 20s.
