USER TIPS
On first use, use the steam function to drain excess water, release air and pressure, then make espresso.Press coffee powder flat, but avoid over-pressing to prevent negative impact on coffee extraction.To use steam function, wait for flashing function key, adjust steam control knob to max, release excess water from steam wand nozzle, then close it. Insert steam nozzle into milk, avoiding exceeding small hole on nozzle. Adjust steam control knob to max and froth milk. 
Can’t make coffee again after using the steam function?
Because the machine was in an overheated state at that time, it needed to be cooled for a while before continuing to use. At this time, you can after pressing steam button off, open steam valve and release some water through.
Water leaking from tank/machine bottom.
Check whether the drain plug of the water tank is installed properly.damaged, or missing, ensure the portafilter screen is properly positioned.
Espresso not hot enough.
Preheating is necessary before use, with a preheating time of about 1-2 minutes.The blue indicator light will light up when preheating is completeRemember to preheat the cup.
Machine has poor water flow or is clogged.
1.Add citric acid or descaling agent to the water tank and fill with water. Release hot water for 30-60 seconds.
2.Repeat 2-3 times, thenlet machine sit for 30-60 mins.
3.Fill tank with clean water and repeat step 2 three times to clean the pipes
No steam after repeated use of the frother.
Clean frother wand, remove milk residue. Wipe wand/nozzle with dampcloth after each use to avoid issues next time.
